We share our building with Canal Park Playhouse, Downtown's newest venue for theater and cabaret.  Each morning beginning at 8:30 AM guests enjoy a complimentary breakfast in The Playhouse's Cafe.

We are in easy walking distance of Greenwich Village, Soho and The East Village. Our neighborhood both cherishes the history of old New York and is an incubator for the newest architecture (and theater) in The Big Apple. Profits from your stay at the Inn help support Canal Park Playhouse.

All four of our guest rooms are furnished with 19th century antiques and handmade, classically designed contemporary furniture. All rooms have claw foot tubs with period shower fixtures, triple glazed windows, central A/C and soundproofed walls.
